On April 22nd, 2021, Chinese Private International Law was officially published by Hart Publishing, a global prominent publisher of academic books about law. The book is edited by Prof. Liu Xiaohong, the President of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law(SHUPL) and the Vice President of China Society of Private International Law. This book is the second volume in the Studies in Private International Law: Asia series to focus on the conflict of laws as practised in China. Chinese Private International Law is an academic achievement written by a team of professors and lecturers at SHUPL whose major study field is private international law, and it is the latest research product tracking the trend of theory and judicial practice of private international law in recent years.
