课程内容：本课程通过讲授我国经济法律制度，使学生掌握经济法的产生和发展的历史必然性，调整对象，立法原则等理论知识，了解有关经济组织、资源配置、宏观调控、市场管理、社会保障等方面的法律规定，为学生毕业后从事经济管理领域中的法律实务工作和经济法学的研究工作打下良好基础。

Objectives：This course provides students with the fundamental theory of economic law and rules of economic organizations, macro regulation, market operation and social distribution.
Contents：This course covers China economic law system; the origin and development of economic law; students and legislating principles of economic law. It enables students to know of the rules of economic organizations, macro regulation; market operation and social distribution and prepares them to pursue either business or research in the field of economic.
Prerequisite：Jurisprudence, China Constitution, Civil Law, Civil Procedure Law
Students：specialized in law (Bachelor Degree)
