课程内容：本课程主要以现行的民事诉讼法为依据讲授我国的民事诉讼法律制度，主要内容为民事诉讼与民事诉讼法、民事诉讼法律关系、诉和诉权、民事诉讼法的基本原则、民事审判的基本制度、民事诉讼的主管和管辖、当事人、诉讼代理人、民事诉讼证据、法院调解、诉讼保障制度、期间、送达和诉讼费用、第一审普通程序、第一审简易程序、第二审程序、特殊程序、执行程序、涉外民事诉讼程序和区际民事司法协助。

Objectives：This course is designed not only to provide students with the basic conceptions, principles and systems of civil procedure law and its procedures but also trains them to apply the theory to its practical cases so as to improve students’ analyzing and problem-solving capability in judicial practice.
Contents：This course concentrates on history of civil procedure and legislative principles, basic principle of civil procedure and trial system; relationship of civil procedure law with its executive and jurisdictional right over civil cases; subject of litigation and its obligations; theory of litigation evidence; trial procedure and its provisions; executive procedure and other procedures concerning civil litigation.
Prerequisite：jurisprudence, China Constitution, civil law
