课程目标：通过本课程的学习，使学生了解我国行政法特别是行政程序，行政处罚的一般原理，掌握行政复议和行政诉讼的基本方法，并结合我国现行行政执法和司法实践，能分析有关具体的行政法现象与案例，最终树立依法行政，依法维权的现代法治观念。
课程内容：本课程讲授我国的行政法和行政诉讼法制度。首先从行政法学的理论层面上对行政法的概念、调整对象、行政法律关系等作出深入分析。在此基础上进而深入分析我国行政法的原则和渊源。接着对行政主体和公务员制度作介绍，并着重对行政行为进行分类，对抽象行政行为和具体行政行为分别加以展开论述。与此同时，对行政监督制度、行政复议制度、行政诉讼制度和行政赔偿作深入讲解。

Objectives：This course provides students with the basic knowledge of administrative and administrative procedure law and trains students to study the related cases with the regulations concerned.
Contents：This course introduces Chinese administrative and administrative procedure system. It begins with conception, legal relation of administrative law and then explains origin and principles of administrative law and administrative subject and civil servants’ system. It focuses on Category of administrative actions, abstract and concrete administrative actions, administrative supervision system, administrative review system, administrative litigation system and administrative compensation system.
Prerequisite：Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law
Students：specialized in law (Bachelor Degree)
