课程目标：帮助学生掌握和领会宪法学理论的基本概念、基本观点和原理，培养学生学习宪法学理论的能力和方法，为进一步学习法学的其他科目打下深厚的基础。同时，通过学习使学生牢固树立遵守宪法和维护宪法的自觉意识。
课程内容：本课程讲授宪法的一般理论，宪法的概念、特征、性质、分类，并对国外与中国的宪法历史做简短的考察，然后对我国的国家结构形式、政权组织形式、选举制度、政党制度及其他宪法制度作重点分析。从马克思主义的观点对公民的基本权利和义务作辨证解释，对公民的基本权利从理论上进行分类，引导学生正确理解公民基本权利的行使及保障制度，并了解我国的国家机构的设置原则、体系、特点。

Objectives：This course is designed to provide students with the basic principles, concept of constitution and to enable them to analyze the phenomenon of constitution. so as to lay a good foundation for their further interdisciplinary studies of different aspects of laws.
Contents：This course begins with general theory of constitution, its concept, characters, function, category and comparison of foreign constitutions. It focuses on Chinese state system, political system, election system, economic system as well as state structure form. Based on Marxism, it clarifies the basic principles and rights of a citizen so that leads students to understanding the execution of the right and the principles, systems and characters of the state organs of China.
Prerequisite：Jurisprudence
Students：specialized in law (Bachelor Degree)
