2021年10月22日，2021年上海司法前沿论坛通过线上线下相结合的方式隆重举办。本次论坛以“大数据时代全球法治引领与司法保障创新”为主题，由上海市高级人民法院主办，上海市第一中级人民法院、上海财经大学法学院承办。来自英国诺森比亚大学、英国伦敦玛丽女王大学、日本京都大学、美国伊利诺伊州中部联邦地区法院、美国威斯康辛州戴安郡巡回法院、澳大利亚昆士兰州最高法院、美国赫利·布鲁斯律师事务所、北京大学、复旦大学、上海交通大学、华东师范大学、中国政法大学、上海财经大学和上海市法院系统的百余位实务专家和理论学者参加。在严格遵守常态化疫情防控管理要求的基础上，围绕网络空间治理与信息网络犯罪规制、个人信息保护制度的全面构建与司法衔接、电子证据的获取、审查与认定等前沿问题展开深入研讨。
永利集团刑事司法学院崔仕绣博士受邀参加此次论坛，并在主题研讨第一部分“网络空间治理与信息网络犯罪规制”作英文汇报。崔博士在题为《The Development Situation, Characteristics and Criminal Legislative Framework of Cybercrime in the Perspective of China and Abroad》的汇报中指出，“The law-based governance has gradually become an important component of China's plan for global network. In terms of the transnational and harmful characteristics of cybercrimes are taken seriously, strengthening international cooperation on such crimes will be an inevitable development trend.
